Types of Reviews
This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.
At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.
This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.
This review was an "E-mail Submission". Sometimes our customers send us emails to let us know more about how we performed. With their permission these are posted to the site.
This review was a "Postal Mail Submission". Our customers send us letters through traditional postal mail reviewing our performance. When they do, we transcribe it and place it on our website.

My call to the office was answered in a very professional, courteous, and efficient manner. The technician came out when scheduled, was knowledgeable and explained and demonstrated the problems with my (very old) systems that needed to be resolved. He explained my options and costs, and also told me what discounts could be applied. Everything needed to get things working was on the truck - no need to 'order parts', which is what I hear with many service providers. Installed well, functions well. AAAAA+ I highly recommend!

Brad was very professional. I had called regarding a faulty garage door opener and he saw that the springs were failing and the door was not balanced. All of the work was done in a timely fashion and with a workmanlike attitude. I would call Precision again.

Brad was great. Very punctual and friendly. Listened. Explained his assessment, described Plan A and Plan B. Did the work efficiently. Went over the future options which made me look great to my landlord and will likely bring more business to Precision in the form of a whole new door and opener system! He even helped me reprogram my keypad—something we've been wondering how to do for a long time. Brad ROCKS. And tbanks to whomever put the Precision sticker on our door so we knew who to call.
